Going from USS Buffalo to Tier IX American light cruiser USS Seattle is a significant shift. For starters, Seattle's main problem is one that Buffalo doesn't have: unfavorable turret angles in order to get all her guns on target. She does have a better AA suite and array of consumables, though, which makes her a solid pick for ranked formats. This game on Warrior's Path ends up being one of the strangest ranked games I think I've ever played because of how the enemy team chooses to position themselves.
