On one hand, this is without a doubt the best looking DOTM Megatron figure I've ever seen, in regards to both the robot and vehicle mode. On the other hand it looks like it has Devil Savior Split levels of frustrating hypercomplexity.
It’s amazing how movie accurate the transformation is. Me like. I personally would choose this over ut; kinda like choosing ds01 over mp52. The ds01 transformation is too easy now yet still fun
@@denizgur9967 Kinda funny how after waiting years for either Transform Dreamwave or Exquisite Toys to put out a DotM Megs, we're now seeing a handful of options instead. Good to see so many movieverse bots getting releases, but sad that so many also got stuck in development hell along the way.
It's funny how one of the few iterations of megatron with a semi/trailer alt combo, seems to consistently get better looking truck/trailer modes than like 90 percent of the Optimus toys. Seriously. I have to fork over hundreds of dollars for an MP Optimus just to get a GOOD looking Semi with Trailer in alt mode. I was pretty irritated about it until I found the Rolling Thunder Crossover Optimus. Still spent hundreds of dollars, but he is everything I want in an Optimus.
The paintjob looks really nice, and although the transformation looks like a lot of very involved fun, the engineering and aesthetic just aren't doing it for me. Will hold off and see what some of the other 3Ps come up with first, not least given AAT's rough track history.

I like how aat is imitating the transformation from the movie and i really like that the only thing that i didnt like is the two of the wheels that is in his feet because it uses false forming (I just made that term up but you get my point) they could ve easily made the two wheels the spare ones in its truck mode
That looks like mad max built the dreadnought from death race and slapped a sliver of the allspark up the tailpipe. In other words, it looks awesome as hell.
I'm looking at that central structure during the conversion process and that just screams shatter prone to me. Too much going on around too little material.
The nightmare of the transformation is back, but at least both robot mode and alt mode is more solid now even still the transformation is too complicated 🤣

Esa figura de AAT-01 Megatron TF3 DOTM, si que se merece una mejora mas que destacable al estilo de un Optimus prime modo super de Transformers Legacy del universo Transformers Armada (trilogia de Unicron) usando la figura de Dark Master Megatron de Transformers Prime y piezas de remolque Ultra Magnus de Transformers Siege para hacerlo mas robusto a Megatron DOTM (pero solamente los antebrazos, piernas y espalda) mientras que como otro tipo de Super-modo alterno usar un sistema de remoldeado para hacer a Megatron el puro camion, una mejora para hacer el modo tanque del Megatron ROTF o talvez hacer la variante del modo jet de Megatron 2007, es decir molde de doble lado en cada pieza como si se tratara de una moneda y sus dos caras y para Megatron el solitario habria qye hacerlo triple-changer con el modo jet cybertroniano y el modo camion pero usando la figura de Dark Master Megatron de Transformers Prime y volverlo un Triple-changer. My question is: Is it worth its price tag? Cause AAT wants $245 for this guy and I can't justify paying that much for him. Especially with competing versions from other companies being made
I dont think so. It looks like it could break , ESPECIALLY that small area that connects the upper and lower body. Plus, the transformation looks terrible. I recommend waiting for the Unique Toys version as their figures have been pretty durable and fun to convert.

@@axelgrease69 some of the bayverse movies are good look at aoe optimus and g1 you can't just compare anything OK its a great storyline if you think about it sure some have bad lighting but its because its old and sure some of the Autobots dint get to be in the movie but there might be some explanation
