[World Record] Adventure Island II - Any% in  

This was my favorite game of all time loved the dino mounts n the music was just beautiful

*OH GREAT* You can just skip the whole island that took all my childhood to clear

never finish this game, i remember playing this all day lol

Beyond impressive speed runs for one of the best//challenging/ and underrated new games.

Ok, so I decided to investigate what happened at 12:47 and 12:57 What I found is if you are riding on Elasmosaurus (That's the purple looking Lapras/sea serpent pet) you can easily clip through the spikes on the roof as the hit box is just the bottom stomach area of Elasmosaurus. However for some bizarre reason you can literally move right through about every single stationary spiked urchin, or you will bump up against it and be pushing against it while it doesn't hurt you. If you move directly upwards from below into one them sometimes you'll get hit. It seems the hit detection while underwater on Elasmosaurus is extremely random and overly forgiving. It's especially forgiving when you are moving fast as you can just casually fly around the stage going through every single one of them. Seems you would definitely always want Elasmosaurus on any water stage. So to sum it up, no he is not cheating. It's just wonky NES physics!

I believe even though wonder boy was the first game we all know to love,adventure island looks much better in its variety.From the island worlds you visiting,to the bossfights that are a variety of monsters instead one that only changes heads,giving it also a more super mario world vibe in the way it works.Great run dude keep it up! ;)

Such a beast man I swear. I binge watch your videos sometimes and it’s so worth the time. Good variety of games you play too but my favorite ones are the cuphead ones and you’re basically the master at that. Any games on Xbox one you know of I could get that you like? I know you play pc for cuphead but still. Don’t know if you’ll read but you’re my favorite RU-vidd right now. Keep grinding.

I don't how I it got in my suggestions but I really I enjoyed it. Reminded me of hot summer holidays back when I was in school, just enjoying games with not a thing to worry about. Such a nostalgic feeling. I wish life could be that simpler now, sipping cool home made sherbat, waking up at my whim, having freinds over to enjoy life.

I've read a lot of people calling him a cheater in some moments of the video, but 1) this is a verified WR and 2) several NES games have crappy collision detection. Hell, the Super Mario Bros. WR uses several uses of terrible collision detection too, and you can just *pass through a tank* in Metal Gear (NES) with right timing because of this type of programming problem, people just need to research a little about it.

Tremendo speedrun!! =O Felicitaciones!. Pero no entiendo en los niveles de agua ,específicamente los que tienen las espinas (esas esferas negras) si las toco medio pixel por lo general me matan. Yo veo que algunas tienes como medio cuerpo encima y no te hacen nada. Lo mismo con los bordes espinosos del nivel, a veces los píxeles de las puntas me matarían (o matan al dino) y por ahí los tocas y nada. Que es? un tema de colisiones?
