Always a good time watching these speedruns my dude. I may not speedrun myself but I've certainly picked up some of these tricks to free up some time for side missions in my casual playthroughs

I would love a prequel story about the santa cabeza outbreak with Carlito and Isabela ngl, the idea has been floated around in the community for over a decade by now. I doubt Carlito would be the type to save anyone, but maybe Isabela could persuade him to if there is anyone else. Either way though it'd have to end with only them making it out somehow, since they're the only residents who survive. Barnaby getting taken by special forces would also happen while the rest of his team dies, and I'd rather not include the orphans retcon with them being santa cabeza kids fathered by military soldiers. Nor any of 4's retcons as well, of course.

Might be a bit late now and I hope your deadlift has progressed but you can always use the plates to hold the bar up to the right height, lay them on the ground flat and put the cuff of the bar atop the holes on the plates and it'll be nice and stable in that nook c: it might take two plates flat on top of eachother but still c:

Get 1 Olympic plate for either side, they're larger than metal plates and will clear the other weight from the floor for you? Just an idea Ps maybe relinquish the Belt idea if you want the strength to transfer to everyday life because you don't wear belt support 24/7

Deadlifts freak me out too. I just never really go above 225.

Make a home gym if you have the room I've gotten bits and pieces on Craigslist and Facebook for cheaper prices than new, some at really good bargains. You only need to spend maybe 1k for a really good set up of used gear Mayne 2k if you really want like everything the gym offers including cables and a nice rack and bar but if you really think about it, if you're paying for 24 hour fitness or a more expensive gym you'd be paying the same to use and share their equipment after a few years. Gym equipment at least weights and rack and bar will also last a life time and you can from then on out have it where ever you move no need to find a new gym.

1. why do you need a lifting belt if you're only lifting the bar, anything under like 400lbs should not need a belt. 2. You can do it with dumbbells yes and it is technically safer 3. Why the hell would you need to stack the bar on anything the bar and plates are suppose to be on the floor anyways.
