you just animation-y glitch through if you run one direction, then the other as fast as possible you walk off the run through the wall your then facing. I have no idea how he does it though where he just kinda walk through them sometimes
if you were playing on a genesis controller, stand up against a door/wall you want to clip through. Tap but do not press away from the wall so you're against it but not facing it. Immediately hold A and press the direction you're facing. The very second you start moving, immediately lift up A and hold it back down but press and holds the directional pad you wanted to walk through. If you did it right, Conrad should immediately do a double back motion and the second he picks up his running going the opposite way, he should clip through the wall.
beat the game completing whatever % is required. usually it means skipping and glitches and getting to the end / cut scene by whatever means necessary. in super mario 3 it involves writing code to memory to trigger the end cut scene using a *very* intricate series of sprites, turtle kicks and other pixel perfect tricks.
