As someone who has attempted speed running ghost Runner on PC and watched tons videos about it, half the buttons are actually bound on your mouse if you're able to!

Btw, if anyone havent seen it. The creators of Ghostrunner, or at least some of the major roles have reacted to a Ghostrunner speedrun before and made some of their own comments about it. I think it was really cool and chill how they actually didnt care that something like a ledge jump was viable, they simply adored the dedication and precision it takes to make a run like this.

He wasn’t moving backwards to skip a cutscene. It’s a Speed Tech called “S-Tapping” it actually raises the movement speed cap in the game by tapping your S key and allows for him to move faster than normally possible during that little running section at the very end of the first Cybervoid. I believe every tap of the S key breaks the cap by like 10M/S or something like that.

When he was fighting the elevator he resets before cutting the first one so it will let him cut the second one first. When he cuts the second one it makes it all fall down together rather than having to deal with the second phase. In an earlier patch you used to be able to go straight to the second chord but they patched it so someone found a new way to do it.
