The winner contestant from Mongolia has 10 children, he was a small town school sports teacher until his late 50s. Then worked as a sheep farmer for a few years until his retirement and he is actively training running for the last 30 years. Come to Mongolia and Mongolia's clean organic food will make you this super human figure.
@@joys8634 You dont know what you are saying. He is very fast. 18km/h almost like a maraton runner. You can see normal people attempt this pace here -> ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SRYtn0j5ccA.html
His son said on his facebook that Mr.Tseren had some knee injury so his son borrowed some of moms knee treatment sticker to him and with some knee injury he accomplished this great feat. If you observe closely you ll see some knee problem there.

Gosh, I'm running 64 and I run 10 km races inside 60 minutes regularly. I thought I was doing quite well for my age... until I saw this video. If I run 400 mts with the winner who is 20 yrs older, I will trail him by atleast 100 mts. Incredible performance!!
@@ironmantooltime What a pile of garbage you spewed from your truckload of pure ignorance. You get weak bones from not nourishing them. The food you eat is either weakening your bones slooooooooooooowly or strengthening them. MOST PEOPLE eat food that destroys the bone very sloooooowwwly: This is why the abnormal has been normalized that the older you get, the weaker your bones become. As you can see from the winner of that race, that isn't so. He is one of the VERY FEW who don't do what most ppl do.
@@koonfoopandakoonfu424 Interesting. Out of curiosity what foods cause damage to bone strength overtime ? I'm assuming veggies high in Vitamin D are great for healthy bones but I never thought there were foods which damaged them.
@@baby-ei3pp The standard American Diet, SAD, is a perfect example of the type of food that damages you. Dairy milk and products are notorious culprits. Its simple really; if you fail to provide your body with its needs, it WILL take from within itself, something it shouldn't do because you were supposed to have provided it by eating and drinking. EXCEPT most people do not eat and drink nourishing things.
@@baby-ei3pp Also, the body takes from within itself the minerals needed to digest/process the nutrient deficient foods that have been eaten, when those very foods were supposed to have them in the first place. So, nutrient deficient foods ROB minerals from the body and slooooooooooooowly degrades/damages/downgrades it.
I loved the runner up. He manages to keep up with his controled tiny little steps. Also look how he stops directly after the finish line and simply refuses to walk a single step more. Imagine a younger athlete running like this and keeping up with the best. This would be world news.
The winner has a very nice running gait. The runner up, though................... (still, respect goes to him for keeping up with the winner even with his mini strides)
85 AÑOS???? ASOMBROSO Y ADMIRABLE. Yo tengo 58 años y hago una rutina de ejercicios que incluyen correr entre 5 y 6 kms diarios. Quisiera poder llegar hasta allá. Un gran respeto a estos señores
Very impressed ! Clearly these gents are careful with their eating habits & very active plus they train diligently. My dear Mother is 87 and can barely walk. I would by God's grace & hard work, rather be like these aged athletes. I'm 55 and watch my eating & ride 60-90 miles a week on my road bike. Our group has a 72 year old who "rocks" and is hard to keep up with, I'm having a good day to 'hold his rear wheel' ! If you're watching this don't get discouraged just make daily improvements. Since 2011 I lost 60# and have kept it off. I'm thinking of running again for cross training, maybe even a Triathlon. So, take heart you can do it, too !
David A - thank you for the very inspirational words. All the best to you. My delta day is today - I just jogged 1 mile and will incorporate better eating and sleep. Thanks again Greetings from Durango Mexico
David, do a 4-18-4 triathlon, everybody can do those. 400m swim, 18km bike, 4km run. Then from there, see if you can train for an Olympic distance and take it from there.
Wow.. It is a good example for all those who think they are too old for sports. The man is so relaxed long stride with good flexibility still.... That is the man.. 👍 👍
it's in their blood ... MIND over BODY or i mean i have been here before and a TIME WAITS NO ONE for all of us aged at the same time as hands can't be tied by anyone ... amazing ... thank you Sir
Clicked on the video expecting to feel impressed. Clicked off the video feeling embarrassed of my own existence. *grabs ice cream to console hurt pride*

If you see the handicapped tables, where statistical times are equated by age, these runners' times (between 1:17 to 1:20, etc.) are equivalent to around 43 to 46's for the 400 at the world-class level. This means that if there were around the ages of 22 or 25-year-old, they had the capacity to perform at this level. These "athletes" are most likely a long time (many years) trainers and performers of track events. Most likely they have been training (not exercising!) very hard for many, many years to reach this level of performance.
That is a great race. The guy in second is the 85+ record holder for 100m in 15.08, so his range is awesome. The Great Earl Fee has the outdoor 400m record of 1:17 I am shooting to run under 65 seconds in two years when I am 65!
You're not in your peak, you're at the age in which you would peak were you trained. For an out of shape schmuck your peak is probably five years after you start training, whenever that is. 😘
