First time I saw that place was after I had taken off from DuPage airport and was heading west. I remember thinking that was a really, really short runway down there.

All the Jet owner's I know I don't know ANYONE who pumps the throttle the way you do .... You DO NOT NEED TO FULL THROTTLE the aircraft just to move it . And I'm a little curious how your not aware of how to install the retracts so they work and are clear of binding up on anything ...and how can you claim you flown this 8 time's if this is your level of Pre flight readiness ? Jet aircraft you don't fly like a gas engine propeller plane . YOU DO NOT use the throttle like you would a Gas plane because Jet engine are NOT as responsive so Gas on and gas off don't work the same .. you should increase your landing speed just a bit because your to close to stalling .. just increase your flare out before touch down and bro the next time read the instructions or have someone who understands read them for you so the installation of your retract's can be flawless and they end up working the way they were meant to work ..trust me when I say your supposed to retract them after take off ..And Yo My brotha when you were reading the instructions how did it say to find the F-15 Jet's Centrer of Gravity Or the CG ? If you followed the instructions to the letter you should have nailed it correctly the very first try to far back and the aircraft flys Nose high to far forward and it fly's nose down but if you set the trim after take off at level flight you can adjust for that if your off a little ! How can you not know that ... How long have you been flying in general ? because what I'm telling you is like the first things we learn on how to build model aircraft ? Dude let me know if you have questions OK bro ? I will help you in anyway I can ...Good luck ...
