Fed Ex truck showed up yesterday with my olive oil 7 days after ordering. Kelly Ripa had just said that morning her father always said you can heal anything gone wrong with you with olive oil. That's when I decided to go with your family's olive oil & to find out if it's the best thing I've done for myself and my family in a long time! Made this today for a quick dessert. Used 3/4 cup brown sugar instead and added 1 tsp fresh rosemary. Its an easy and delicious, light and fluffy cake. Omitted the powdered sugar and whipped cream and its still Perfect. Great recipe.
