I found this song again after years. I heard a similar sound to the ending, and it all came rushing back to me. Still incredibly beautiful and moving. I'm so glad I found it again. I was just 12 when I would listen to this on repeat. Thank you.
can't believe this hadn't been uploaded until now. the first time i heard this was back in 2006 and it blew my mind then, and is still absolutely one of my favorite songs in the world. thanks for the upload!
BEAUTIFULLS! >u< I love World's End Girlfriend, it's like the mix of all my favorite genres! It's surprising how they can make it sound so exotic and wonderful!
Not sure if anyone can help me out but this song was used in a trailer for a Japanese film made in believe around 2006-2008 about a man with cerebral palsy who falls in love with his caretaker (I think?) but she develops a relationship with his friend and the man with cerebral palsy ends up killing him? I had only seen the trailer waaay back but could never find the film, if anyone could help me with the title I'd be so greatful! Not sure if it's a film I could mentally handle these days but it looked worth a boot
This songs sounds like a sole wich is fighting against an overcoming depression. füll of hope but vicktoryless. What remains ath the end is not even a shadow of hiself
this sounds like a spaceship has just crashed, with its thousand alien inhabitees all talking loudly trying to solve the problem. And this was recorded by a dodgy recorder and somehow ended up on youtube
Or is it the sound of your doppelganger weeping at the opera as he realises that no one who ever existed is real? See how this music can play tricks on your head? That's why it's beautiful!
Not really, World's End Girlfriend is more electronica (which is what you're probably mistaking for dubstep ) mixed with post-rock and sometimes classic.
Freakin great, the 1st rec under this is "Beautifully Strange Outsider Music", and next is some guy calling his modular noodling a "jamwich" not even kidding. I'll continue searching for the audio pressure washer...
Should I click "Crystal Chrysalis"? I'll probably regret it won't I? Is this stuff addictive? I hope not. I'm going for it. It's under the official WEG - Topic channel, so probably comments are closed... so, I guess I WONT see you there... but I'm going. I hope it doesn't suck...
It would be better than this, but the ever-present aliasing is just too much (Crystal Chrysalis). I had to cut it off halfway thru, because of that. If it was here and there, not so prevalent, it would be better. I'll try another track next...
AnInhabitant OfCarcosa WEG is quite eclectic, which is why you're having prob defining his music. Generally, he performs post-rock instrumental music, w/ little or heavy electronic / noise / classical influences. A few tracks, instead of post-rock, are IDM (intelligent dance music).
