@@madden7732 there are multiple versions of the original, it usually changes slightly for each live show and the original song is a "secret" track from Worlds* which only got sent with the vinyl iirc.
@@oru The original was on the Worlds Limited Edition vinyl, on Lionhearted's B-side. Porter made this in 2016 for Electric Forest. I think he means as opposed to the various remakes out there. This version stayed constant throughout the shows.
@@oru oh yeah I know that (sorry if I'm responding 1 year later lol), I meant this one was the original edit of Shepherdess done by Porter. Other versions in RU-vid before that were just recreations. Both Shepherdess and She Heals Everything are amazing, but I think I stay with She Heals Everything.
Bc you already loved it before you heard it and you are trying to understand why even tho it's the first time hearing it... its nostalgic... you aren't falling in love with it. You loved it before it was even produced.
it s a song without lyrics, and yet it tells too many things throu its every single part, the arps, the strings and that piano in the end, wish this was the 1st time i hear such a masterpiece
@@ethelokia345 You do realize the Proximity video's version is completely out of tune and tempo changes throughout right? It's terrible compared to this lol
OOoh pretty cool idea, what if this song plays as a team slowly descends into the underground of an alien planet, and like by the end they reach the hive core and the loud techno music is like lasers pretty dumb but thought it would be pretty cool for like an animation or something
They're referring to the original Shepherdess on the B side of the Lionhearted 7" Vinyl I believe. I typically think of that one as "Shepherdess" and this one as "She Heals Everything" or "Shepherdess Live Edit", but that's just me.
I originally listened to this song a year ago, in a really difficult place in my life. This song helped guide me so much. Now a year later, I realized I am trans and will now be becoming the woman I have always wanted to be, and I have to thank this song for being with me when I myself wasn't there for me. 'She' really does heal everything.
I don’t care if this doesn’t have the millions views it deserves (even if this is unfair). I ‘m just so grateful that I’m still alive to listen to this masterpiece
