This is a scam, everything is cooked already, they have a limited menu, it’s a marketing scheme. All they do is serve it to you in plates already pre-served. That food is not that good to be real but glad you came to visit out city 🤙

Noooo.... You don't eat carne en su jugo inside a tortilla.... You eat the carne with the spoon and then take a bite of a rolled tortilla.... Volpe!

I went to this place once when visiting some family. They invited me here but didn’t mention how fast they serve you. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands before eating, once I got back to my seat they were already eating. I was very impressed at their speed.

The speed comes from the food being the type of food they can just scoop up and spoon it in the plate. It's probably spooned up before the waiter even walks to the back.
