I can only imagine what his first thoughts were after hiring Dan and Mitchell, then seeing all the shenanigans and bs they were getting themselves into on RU-vid in his facility and with his equipment. 😂😂 I have to imagine that there is a family link, that they are relatives, or something like that. I don't believe that a boss who had hired them and subsequently noticed that they were doing these things, would allow them to stay for very long. Of course, if he's getting a cut of all of the RU-vid earnings, then I could imagine him being okay with all of it. LOL. I also noticed that in the beginning a lot of their videos were being filmed at night, I'm guessing after the shop head shut down for regular business and they wouldn't be in anybody's way. Of course now, we can see they are doing it all during regular business hours. I imagine they get a lot of visitors as well, wanting to check out everything and see the water jets in person as well as the official quality testing tongue. 😂

Y'all have more than likley heard something like this already but if you model the shape out of styrofoam you can leave it in your modl and just pour your molten metal over it, it will just eat away the foam as it fills the mold and you don't have to worry about doing as much touchup afterwards. PS. Probably not actual styrofoam, theres probably another name for the material but I just can think of it.

what if you just moulded a head without handle and put a hickory or other dense wood handle on it? You can engineer the handle to be marginally thicker giving it cubed the strength in tension.

Cool vid. Learned a bit. Also the 16 ounce hammer (bit light, 22 is nicer) should 3 to 4 strikes max for any nail you were testing with. If you were well practiced the small nails are all 2 strikes.
