Forty five years back Australian scientist gave the world, a philosophy and process, permaculture. The foundation of the increase of green cover, over seventeen years of the area of all of Australia. We are delighted that leaders in this, should claim their own people have done this. As long as the job is done and success and pride helps people.

Permaculture is a fancy word. So is "regenerative farming." Essentially this is what people across the world did for thousands of years, before modernization came along. Yes, we needed to rediscover it. Permaculture is Love.

They need several million hectares of solar and batteries, for this. Get started.❤ There is now a third way of deselanation, which is a true game changer. Low energy evaporation. A way of drying which is ready for application now. If water is evaporated vastly more efficiently, then that is water. Even more square kilometres of solar panels. that is a match.❤

One good year off water in these locations pays for 10 years of debt. Yields in Australia are the highest in the world with farms measured in kilometers squared not hectares. Water is the issue as one kilo of cotton needs 10,000 litres of water. Like CPUs water intensive

As long as Sudan is slow filling the dam with Egypt getting its share as the project fills up, things should be cool. I think Egypt is making sure they are not going to lose their share trough lack of complaining about the possible problem. Better to make it clear and prevent issues by being vocal than have issues that have to be fixed with tanks. I wonder if Egypt might be buying Turkish tanks in lieu of Russian ones?

Seems the type of project that a large bucket wheel excavator smaller but similar to the unit in Germany would remove a great deal of material with a conveyor system quicker and far cheaper that hundreds of trucks and dozens of excavators. The trucks and excavators being used only for touch up work.
@marwerno
@marwerno Месяц назад
Even more interesting: The German government actually pays aid to the Afghans AND wants to close down the coal mines, making these machines obsolete soon.... So they could be recycled and be used for a really good cause! (And since it is material, not money, the misuse of fund would also be reduced!)

So now as you see they are more interested in nation building and also making sure that organizations like ISiS and Al Qaeda have no place in AF. Also they have made a commendable effort to be independent from foreign influence of countries like Pakistan.

Spreading some deceptive information such as Egypt is facing scarcity of water is unacceptable . Actually Egypt is amassing more than 55 mcl of Nile water. Egypt doesn't deserve a drop more than its fair share of Nile . For sure Egypt's hegemony halts as Ethiopia is building dams, not limited to only produce electric power production .Dams meant for agriculture on Nile itself and its tributaries are planned to materialize unpon the completion GERD. These projects significantly reduce the amount of water that flows to Egypt which ends Egypt's hegemony over Nile . ✌️🇪🇹🇪🇹🇪🇹

Exactly! The Taliban are being paid by the C.C.P. and weaponized by them and other countries. China wants to get Afghanistan into a debt trap like Sri Lanka and Pakistan so they can get ahold of their trillions in Lithium reserves as collateral. Using the Taliban as a proxy and the Taliban will use cheap Afghan labor to mine it and place the materials on train cars and bring them to China. Not only will China gain more control over Lithium reserves but also will use it to have more control over the region and extend their Belt Road initiative. They'll also have a means to try and block or control the flow of troops from India in case of a major conflict.
