Their customer service sucks! I have a piece of crap Jumper T18 Pro and it is six months and the right gimbal has decided to give up, and it keeps loosing calibration and get jitters really bad. They are a Jumper dealer and I have tried for weeks to get an eta on the gimbals to purchase one! I have emailed sales to see when they expect more in and have even turned in a support ticket. I have tried to call and they will not answer the phone! The only option that is left would be to drive all the way from Florida and that is out of the question. If you purchase from them do not hope for any kind of support!

I should dump all my high end RC crrp because now I fly nothing but the sim exclusively RC just didn't work out for me... at all 😕 Blind girl can't solder while blind, and having it arounddoes nothing but make me upset and unhappy now. Boy this hobby was a total fail for me, all for the lack of industry standardized connectors and industry standards. I spent over $3000 ont his stuff and only ever flew once for 5 minutes. Left me bitter and angry and feelign betrayed by the whole thing. Fly the sim instead all you want, it's cost and hassle free. It's a whole lot more fun and won't make you upset all the time like RC.
