There's a variety of mango that grows only in Goa, it's the tastiest mango you can get in India. The issue with it is that it's available for a specific time period, hence it is a bit costlier than other mangoes, but it smells heavenly and tastes even heavenly. Try it - Maankuraad Mango (locally we call it Maankuraad)
seeing this video i genuinely feel that theres still so much to explore un india itself. My hometown is in malda, west bengal and trust me we got the mangoes that are really famous all over west bengal at times even in india because here mangoes that are harvested are genuinely great. highly recommending, 2.5 lakhs me toh pure saal bhar ke aa jayenge.

do put in jaggery in it?? becoz here in chhattisgarh we also make it and we call it " TAUHAA" (name may vary depending upon were u live in) it is basically moderatly ripe mangoes, mostly that "chusne wala aam", made into a dish with jaggery onions and some tadka( i don't know the exact process though😅)

Try pairy mango. It’s one of my favourites. Damn good. Oh and also if u guys dint know , we don’t get the good alphonso mangoes ( A1 grade) in India. They’re kept aside specially for exporting. I’d love to see a comparison between the miyazaki and A1 grade alphonso

Great video! Everything Japanese is outrageously expensive. Gotta try Japanese A5 Wagyu beef next time. It's supposedly the most expensive cut of meat on face of the earth!
