I remember this commercial well. Family Guy was just revived again and was integrating itself into popular culture. There was already a merchandise push and a lot of zombie-Simpsons fans was just wishing that FG be cancelled already because of what a rip-off it was. But it just never went away, and this would end up being the only real product tie-in commercial before Fortnite, and you dont even see the latter on TV
@@waldoman7 which is why I called the show a zombie. The Simpsons golden age was already far from over, and the movie wasn't really all that spectacular
"Analog horror" never should've been a genre. It was just a neat style employed by channels like Locla58 to convey the tension of a situation. It's not surprising that it immediately became lame and derivative once it was considered a "genre."

I watched this at 3:43 a.m. and the fact that the alert is super loud with my phone low on volume I legit got scared for a moment. Took me a sec to realize it was thr video and not an actual alert. Holy crap...
So correct me if wrong thats the sound of the emergency weather broadcast system. Uses when there is extream weather condisions. Ive only ever heard it over the radio but im pretty sure thats what that is.
