Ava and Evan are the smallest little babies, only 2.75 inches big, about the size of a Barbie baby actually. They have armatures to pose perfectly, and are so cute in their little nursery doll house! These little twins have tiny little pampers diapers, little bitty pacifiers, and tiny baby toys. Cutest little miniature newborns!
