Yes! I'm really aggravated by the judge and the others putting the mother down for being so strict! She gave her 20-year-old son a break with the first one, now he doesn't take care of a simple matter like a parking meter? God bless her for being a responsible parent! 🙏👍👏
@@genkatqltr737 Why aggravated by the judge? He was impressed with her, gave her support, dismissed the ticket and was very congenial. He did not put her down, but I will admit he tossed some jokes around. Is humor suddenly a bad thing?
I usually always feel he’s extra fair but with this man I felt he didn’t get to talk when he would try to explain things. I still love this judge and I’m sure he makes mistakes and misreads ppl. Just wish this man could of had the chance to explain more. He seemed scared to death to even be there and heart broken all at the same time.
@@aprilfields494 he gave him more time to get the inspection. It isn't a therapy room, its a court room! He could have suspended his liscence and fined him but instead gave him more time, that's hardly going hard on him!
BecomingfreeCOUK I didn’t say it was a therapy room lol I know most court rooms wouldn’t flinch either but this particular one is known for being kind and letting ppl tell their stories and this one didn’t get to explain like most of everyone else does. I still watch and will continue to do so. I just felt like this man never got to talk he would get over talked everytime.
@@aprilfields494 I feel you, but I think the judge could see what you could and was just trying to make jokes to lighten up the mood, although maybe it didn't work this time. If he was thinking about imposing the fine or taking his licence away I feel like he would have heard his story, but instead just chose to give the guy more time. I feel like the judge only wants to know people's story if it's necessary, but in this case it wasn't. People's stories are very personal and they might not want it broadcast everywhere...
@Avatar avatar There's a huge difference in being a parent and being a judge. She made rules as a parent, and her son broke them. If she was a judge, she would probably do very well in giving out fair punishments based on state statutes.
@@S3P7 you think what she did because of a parking ticket was fair? lol ok And another point, she woudn't give "fair punishments", she would give the higher punishments possible, based on the rules (law), just as she did with her son. Which means: everybody would pray to NOT be judged by her. And that is COMPLETELY different than being fair
@@lemeandre Yes absolutely. She set the standard, and the child didn't abide by the standard. It's the parents car. Not the childs. The parent has full rights on what the childs rules are for driving the car. I don't see the issue. If you notice countries that have harsher punishments for crimes, you'd realize those countries have a low crime rate. Look at Qatar for example. They have the lowest crime rate in the world due to their strict punishments. I fully support the mother. Her car, her rules.
Honestly, I'm not sure the second guy was that sad because of the car. You don't get _that_ down because of a car. I sincerely hope things will go better for him and that he'll find something to be happy about in life.
20 yrs old, he not yet trully n adult. He has long way to go. N his mom's tough love is teaching him to be a man. Only those kids who feels different will be rebellious to their mom. But, the mom is right. As a single parent, she works hard to put food on d table n those tickets becomes a problem to her. Unless the son is working, then he can take care of himself
@@dougtheeliminator1077 My dad's a kid to his father and I'm a kid to him. Really doesn't matter. The closer you are with your parents, the better, coz time passes in the blink of an eye and when they're gone, you can't ever get them back.
I strongly agree with this mother in the 1st case. The 1st good court, judgle and rules starts at home as a proactive example for the rest of life. Congratulations from Rio - Brazil !
Yea, obviously english isn't this woman's native tongue, she did the effort to learn it and can now communicate in at least two languages. Give her a break.
Why? He spend 3k on his car but had no interest in getting it inspected for safety. There is no excuse. If he can afford 3k to get whatever he had done, he can afford to get it inspected.
@@JJPrizeDistributionComittee yes they were. Maybe not for owning an old car, but they were making fun of the fact that it might not pass because it's old, and then laughing at that. That's making fun of how old his car is.
@@augustliss7994 so? They did that BECAUSE he had a lot of weeks to get the inspection done and DIDN'T do it. So they figured he didn't because it wouldn't pass, THEN they made the jokes. That's not the same thing as joking only because the car is old. And if if it was the same, there's no problem. I'm pretty sure they would have made other jokes it the car was brand new too
The guy needed dentures, the absence of which is how his jaws could close so tightly as seen at 5:28 and 7:25. Instead, he was mainly using his muscles to hold his lower jaw in position, the strain of that over time causing the muscle twitch. I got the impression the guy was really struggling (financially, etc) to hold his life together. Strange the judge didn't see that.
I agree with that mother. Tough love has its place in child rearing as well. Prosecutor, please understand that there are different strokes for different folks. Growing up, my grandmother had more effect on me with a strap than my mother did being laid back. My brothers, on the other hand, respond better with a kind word than with the strap. Different strokes for different folks
I’m from London (UK) and love watching the judge in action. Inspector Quinn is also great. I hope you’re misses did watch the end of this video! Good luck my man!
It seemed like you were making fun of a man who was clearly disabled to some extent. Normally I like watching your videos, but that one didn't sit right with me.
I don‘t think he is disabled. And think about what he feels reading your comment if he isn‘t. The judge was still respectfull. Go to a „normal“ court and watch what happens.
@@sam-yr7ln You never learn anything if you're let off on every mistake. He got a parking ticket twice in the short amount of time he has the car- one on Looper she paid for and the one she contested. $125 on top of insurance and whatever else she pays for alone. He doesn't need chance after chance to remember to pay the meter and park in the correct zone when he can't even be bothered to come to court for his tickets.
be merciful and mercy those under your control, so the one you're under his control do u the same. Being merciful is wise and selfish in a way cuz you're doing it for your self.
I love that Mom!! She cancelled her kids plates for a 25 dollar parking ticket, I would be the same! I told my kids over and over and over, don't you bring trouble to my door. I'm with her, she and I taught our kids the rules, abide or there are consequences!!. You get a YES from me Mamma !
The first lady is awesome. More parents should instill values in their kids instead of making excuses. When these spoiled kids get into the "real world", they'll have a very rude awakening.
It wasn’t about the ticket. The guy is 20 and very irresponsible. He got more than one ticket on her car and she had to fix his mess. She has to be strict otherwise what will happen when she is not around?
zig is adorable and i love the judge and also the inspector! it's true that compassion and caring help increase community, and that is beautiful what they're doing there in Providence :-)
Wish more Mom's were like this! No B.S., one ticket you lose the car. It's easy to understand so at 20, get your own car and GET A JOB if you don't have one. (sleeping at Noon, he better have a night job!!!)
Exactly...If he was 16 and got a ticket...Okay, he is still young, but at 20 and your mom that is working and single got you a car to drive you better know the rules and be cautious on the road.
If you get a parking ticket when you are 20, you pay for it. Your mother doesn`t have anything to do with it, she is not making him more independent or responsible by being this strict.
She is too strict one parking ticket, OMG people make mistakes. Don't encourage too strict parents because being too strict can be just as damaging to kids as parents who don't have rules!
Most popular and Honorable Judge, Mr. great Frank Caprii, Graciously, you would never and never get old! Because, the whole world pray for to keep on doing the greatest work. Regards Saleem Goraya
Why ? The guy is in court before a judge. Show some respect. % weeks to get his vehicle inspected and he still has not done it ? and now he wants another 60 days ??? If I were the judge he would have had 48 hours to get it done.
@@tazman572 Because it was petty, and clearly this man was not trying to be disrespectful or arrogant. In this scenario, I thought Judge Caprio was being arrogant. People can speak to public figures and still respect their decisions without having to punctuate their sentences with "sir" imo.
