Maybe I'm biased because I was there but this is probably my favourite video of yours. Really felt the emotion and challenge of going to one of these events. It's no accident the top divers are at the top. Testing yourself against the best only makes you better, see you at the next one!

Ryan, Thanks for bringing us along and documenting Justin's journey to diving in the World Spearfishing championships. I could only imagine what that type of competition would be like being diving with the worlds best divers and representing the USA. From the form of the waves, I guess this was Mediterranean Sea. Difficult terrain, overfished, under 30 meters you see normal life, groupers, aj, dendex and near 50 red snapper. When you see sargo, going slowly under stone he will turn under the rock to check you, if goes full speed, forget it. Anyway was an adventure... Stressful though!!

I loved competing in Spearfishing and credit it for motivating me to become better, which means I became better at putting fish on the table for my family. And after watching this video I feel pretty good about team USA coming in 7th place in Chile in 2004.

Just got to the goat and not talking about that crazy Hawaiian lol
