World War Z being filmed in Glasgow 

Imagine of some one just walked onto the set and had no idea what was going on that would make it even cooler

I've actually been dieing to see the recording of this specific scene so thank you!

Cant believed that this scene in the United States was actually filmed in The United Kingdom

They're so smart. Attention to detail, note how they disconnected the break light to make it seem like the grey volvo never stopped or braked in the shots.

there's a plow on the front of the truck, that's why the cars fly off it so easily

It was great when this filmed here in Glasgow. I have a funny story involving my friend Neelum who was an extra. I worked as a runner on the shoot and everyone involved signed an NDA. My pal Neelum didn’t obey this all the time however so one time when we were out of set at the coffee place in Buchanan Galleries she was talking about certain scenes in public and luckily I had some silver tape in my backpack as I was required to have some for sticking down cables etc so I taped over Neelum’s mouth with said tape mission impossible style so she wouldn’t reveal anything to listening ears!

They actually blasted cars for this movie?!?!

its a horrible sense of irony that a real life driver of a lorry bin would kill pedestrians in George square.

I heard the dress code for younger women extras (18-30) years of age was bras and panties only with the possibility of tickle fight scenes if time permitted.
