LOL! Yeah, I need to step in quicker. To be fair, it's easy to kind of get lost waiting for the next sentence when he gets going. Like... the point must be right around the corner. :)
Sounds to me like Wayne has not read any DiSCA sporting regulations. Section 12, “Judicial”, clearly states the actions that will award a penalty. Drivers are also reminded during the pre-race briefing. Rookie drivers get their own briefing prior to first qualifying which places more stress on basic “safety” on the track. And yes, lane changing into another car is very much penalty worthy. Look where you’re going and don’t do it!!!
