Stage 5 of project Worlds Fastest Arrma Big Rock to 100mph.
Sadly conditions were not great, wet ground and very very windy. Also thought the car was making some funny noises and wheels look wierd, viewing slow mo of the footage saw the front right tire was coming off the rim 😲😲

Bought a big rock 3 weeks ago and all of a sudden the steering stopped !. Totally dead. no crashes. First RC car, google says need a new servo....are they easy to install ?

Thats not good, fairly easy to install, but if its new i would contact the hobby shop for a warranty replacement of the servo

@@HardcoreRC Yes i did that and modelsport just replied saying to take the servo out/post to them and they'll replace it. On the arrma forums they said stock servos are rubbish and just get a savox £30 one.

@@TrevorTrolls Lets just say there are better options, lots of hard bashers use the servo i linked to, when ever a stock servo goes that is what i put in ours, not broken one yet and broken loads of stock servos

Hey bud, so I just ordered a spektrum 150 combo. Can I run .8 mod pinions on it or do I need to change the slipper assembly spur from a 57t to a 50t? Or what? Please help, great video btw

You should be able to run 0.8mod pinions on it, likely need to get ones for 5mm motor shaft which i believe the 2050kv motor uses. Arrma dont make a Mod1 spur for the 3s cars, i had to use a Traxxas gear and turn into a spool to go mod 1, that conversion is on stage 4. Hope this helps

@@sMoKeN904 OK, then it should be a 5mm motor shaft, so will need to get a 5mm mod0.8 pinion. You may also need to change the stock spur to the metal spur

We were not running a cap, think a cap may be needed as we kept cutting out today, such a small space needing to get power down and the ESC just goes no thank you 😂😂

On the 4s runs we are using Turnigy Rapid 5,500mAh 140C (well that's what is says on the pack 😂😂) then on 6s DXF 5,200mAh 140C packs, but have also run it on Turnigy Panthers and Turnigy HD packs
