On day 4 we take on the Ride Southern Spain local trails which could be home to the world longest rock garden!!!
The RSS villa backs onto the uplift trail which is home to endless rocky single track! They have some real bike and body testing trails which are fast and flowing set on a bed of rock!

A lot of flavours in that footage! Undoubtedly some late nights editing! Worth it especially the music synchronisation ! Spain what a backdrop ! I’d live there no problem! RSSpain put in some serious miles last year, it would be fun just trying to keep up with him!!

Yeah, it was tricky filming this series as i couldn't spend much time getting shots because we were in a group......Had to try and make up for it with the editing. Yeah Andy knows his way around this one like the back of his hand, no chance keeping up with him! hahaa
