This place was very cool. But, the video drove me nuts. Because, it was a huge tees. Dude, show us the ice cream. Show up the machine that makes the squeezes ice-cream, show us the games! Ahhh...and most of all, it would be cool to see this place when it is busy. You could do like 10 more video of just this place on those topics.
I have an idea. They should host a slasher game in there given the atmosphere. Group of people sign up to participate and solve clues to escape while an employee hunts them down in horror garb. Dim the lights drastically and give the slasher a night vision goggles.

When I was a kid; our local mall opened and had a arcade called the Gold Mine... unlike the big box arcades of the past 20+ years; they actually themed the arcade. Not much, but some. There arcade entrance looked like the entrance to an actual mine shaft. Since 1980; when it opened, the mall went down hill; partially because half of it sank about a foot, but mainly to bad management and the rise of big box stores... A few years back when the mall's final arcade, which was just an open storefront with random arcade games and claw machines. I wanted to bring back the gold mine theme to our local mall. I wanted to have an entrance much like the one shown in this video; but old west themed. I also wanted to take the old Clair Boutique that was right next door and turn it into a old west saloon themed ice cream parlor. In the end though, a new owner took over the mall and put in one of his companies big box FEC's; as a result; I have expanded my idea; and now it includes virtually an entire old west town (designed that the town will look to be built into a rock face and the entrance to the arcade will be a long mine shaft tunnel that opened into a HUGE arcade/FEC. Only $40,000,000 to go.
In these arcades do the tokens in the coin pushers count for something you can redeem for something back? Are you able to actually profit from them like you can in the UK?
i had one the other day. it kinda tastes like the end of a 711 slurpee when i mix the red, blue, and coca cola. it was decent though i'd try it again. the banana one sucked though
