Forgot to mention I am a midfoot striker. Bought these used with 250 miles (if accurate) and have since ran 500 + walked over 200 miles in them. The forefoot portion of these is still very well cushioned, but will no longer make me the magical 1 minute faster in a 5k like a fresh pair of vaporfly nexts. I think they would have put another rubber pad on the heel if I had been testing them. lol.
