Here is my updated video on the "Backwards X". It is very detailed to help you craft your skill in Flagging. The purpose for this teaching is to help those who have a harder time picking up this move.
We are planning to make more advanced flagging tutorials which will require the skill set of the Backwards X.

Omg I just got my flags yesterday I was so excited my daughter was like mommy calm down lol they are absolutely gorgeous TYTYTY for all you do to help others grow in their dance ministry...and now I can really learn and grow even more. I can't wait to see how God uses me even more to bless others❤

I think the girl who did the original backwards X did it a little differently. Is that video still on here? I couldn't find it. I'm sure her name is Saralynn (I don't see any of her videos). I would like to compare the two videos.
