You're getting really close to that sub 20 now. I think its real close. I'm on my own tourism adventure as of this year and lucky enough to have about 30 Parkruns within an hour or so. Thanks to your videos I get to see even more of the awesome events from around the country.
Well I run 5km on the treadmill every other day. I cycle to and from work everyday, even in the snow. Also, swim about 40 lengths which is about 1km. Thank you for watching and giving me advice.
@@markbailey3786 If you're only running 20/25km a week, then you can defo go under 20 by increasing that slightly for some quick gains. Anyway, good luck!
