Haays! I am experiencing the difficulties right now, i am really having a hard time now in my nesting period. 😢 I couldn't understand their english its like they are swallowing the words. I couldn't take down notes while i am talking to the customers. In our accounts its important to have a notations of your action process.
Hey Sheena. I always watch your videos and im learning a lot.😊😊. I just want to share with you my most embarrassing experience when I tried applying i na call center for the very first time. The interviewer asked "how do you want me to address you" and I answered here with full of confidence and provided my full and complete home address 😂😂😂😂.
