I had a customer like a year ago during Christmas didn’t put the gate code in the instructions called him multiple times didn’t answer a kind neighbor let me in and the customer yelled at me and said I put the gate code in the instructions and slammed the door on me and the next day I woke up to a $50 added tip and he apologized in the review some customers just have bad days but it was the right thing they did to raise your tip

you got very lucky on the raise tip, most people wouldn't do that, as soon as i heard wrong address, i would of called cs and just returned it for a gift card to costco lol

Ok I get it! I had a customer “ accidentally “ give me the wrong address after I shopped her order. After it was all done it gave me an order that was 19 miles? She changed the address mid order. I would have never done this, she knows what she did. So pist.
Yes I notice if you shopped for them before and gave you 5 stars you would most likely get them again before others that they gave lower rating or didn’t rate

I had an order like that today and didn't even know how I fit it in the car and cuz I wasn't paying attention I accidentally forgot some stuff but I plan on take the items to the customers house later I still have the address I'm done for the day today so o well I don't mind
i have a huge tip map from doing shipt and instacart of my area, i pretty much know which orders to drop from triples and doubles now i use it daily and i suggest everyone start recording addresses and what they TIP!
i don't really talk to other shoppers, i don't see the point, they aren't your friends they are your competition, they are taking money from your mouth. anyways, i have lost 100s and it sucks, but its out of your control and there is nothing you can do so you just gotta keep going and play with the cards you are dealt
in that situation, i would of just refunded the item lol your time is valuable, i have dropped eggs in parking lot and i just refund it, nothing you can do
i know i have to work on that, like i used to do my thing and not even talk to other shoppers , to focus on me only and my orders i used to ignored them because i did not wanted to be mixed on the fact that they would ask me questions about how much my orders were$$, but i made the mistake on being too nice and now they talk to me😅, there is this guy that he likes to brag about his bangers on other shoppers faces while many of us are struggling to get even 40’s and i cant stand him , now i hate when other shoppers go around telling who got bangers and all the braggin and talking crap 😅
Same in my area... Some people like to brag when they get the high orders and wanna talk to you so bad to let you know... but then when you are the one taking the bangers and they miss them or they're not seeing any batches, they hide away or don't wanna talk to you! lol
