It takes emotional intelligence to self reflect and share the warning signs of narcissistic and abusive men, which sadly is a reality for millions of women around the world. I wish we incorporate what is a healthy vs. abusive relationship and behaviours are within our educational curriculum from primary to high school. Many of the women who watch you, including myself appreciate you sharing what you learned from it. I definitely learned from my past and it made me practice the method of awareness to be loving to myself, trust my instinct and seek non-negotiable values and ethical standard in my friendship and romantic life.

It is so lovely when you open up about both aspects of life, the bad and the good. people really need understand that everyone has hardships; ones that you learn from, the good that you get from it, some times not, and how you make a lot more great decisions without even realizing. Tamara I am so happy about the fact that social media world has been changing finally! People are more open, they speak about normal life! These things happend to most of us but we see only “posh” side of influencers and then we think that our lives are not perfect as yours. Very very good! I love this vlog a lot . As you were sharing I was comparing it to myself. I have always been hardworking and ambitious but I always did everything by the book and tried to please everyone and never really took risks and maybe that’s why I feel like I have not achieved anything for myself. Ooohhh Tamara your first breakup resulting in assault made my heart skip A beat.. I worked with women who d experienced violence by intimate partners as a young lawyer .. it makes me so sad that for many young girls, as young as 18, this can end SO terribly 😢😢😢 glad it went alright for you (at least from what I get from your way of telling it 🤞🏻)
