so these “women” are not mad at Anna for spreading a false rumor to better her relationship with Matt but theyre mad at Katie for trying to put a stop to it? i’m confused.

the way the girls treated katie was soooo annoying. like did they not learn anything from watching the show?

This whole season was shit, I can’t believe they cut out so many dates and now we can clearly see why Abigail and Katie felt blind sided. It’s driving me nuts that they had Heather there and did so much to cut her out.

I lost a lot of respect for Chelsea when she blamed Katie for making the house toxic. She thinks that Katie should've never addressed the bullying, but I bet she would get mad if a racist act were to happen and no one addresses it. That would make her a hypocrite of course. She may had not been as toxic as Victoria, but she's far from innocent. Remember when she dismissed Ryan's concerns about being bullied?

The girls ganging on Katie and attacking her this episode, because Katie exposed them for being bullies really just proved Katie right.

Honestly this season and peter's just makes me think they don't care about bachelors finding love cause they don't work out often and they know it.

They cut dates, yet no cut on crazy rumors. So disappointing and no redemption arcs

Katie did bring it up though too with the women before she told Matt, there’s even a clip of it. She was like “we should make room and be more welcoming” and they all scoffed at her and held onto their insecurities and right to be more upset and entitled to the new girls. So she did try, she maybe didn’t wait that long but they probably still would have held on to their entitlement as OG’s anyway

I so badly wish there was a live audience to humble Chelsea, Serena C, Victoria, and the rest of the women who either partook in the bullying or turned a blind eye and said it didn't exist. I can't believe grown women can't acknowledge this.

It's honestly infuriating how stupid their arguments were against Katie. And it felt like the numbers were stacked against Katie. I wish the girl who the rumor was concerning (Brittany?) or any of the other new girls would have spoken up like, "No the environment was toxic, and it wasn't Katie calling it toxic that made it that way." So frustrating.

The thing that gets me is that Katie tried to have conversations with the group about the bullying, and was literally shot down/ ignored/ told to shut up. So like what did they want from her?

Khayla’s point of having a conversation before bringing it to Matt doesn’t apply though because Katie tried multiple times to have a conversation with the bullies but it was shut down or ignored.

Anyone who had Taylor Nolan as a therapist deserves a refund and also extra free therapy. Also everyone seems to praise and love Chelsea and I'm sorry but I don't get it..I haven't really seen one likeable thing about her..like what was her solution..let's just keep bullying these women??

I really liked Chelsea on the show for the most part, but this is what narcissistic bullies say when people bring the truth to light. Like she was saying, "Their cruel actions and my denial of their cruelty wasn't toxic until you told the truth. Telling the truth is the toxic thing." That's really unhealthy. Another typical naricissistic comment is, "You're just too sensitive," similar to what Victoria said. That's blame shifting the fault from her cruel actions to making it about her being sensitive.

i’m torn about wanting either katie or abigail as the bachelorette. on one hand, i think abigail is a beautiful person and it would be great rep, but on the other hand, i think katie would be SO refreshing to the franchise.

Literally begging for an actual good Bachelor season. Begging. The bachelorette is so much more enjoyable but it doesn’t have to be this way. Hoping this is the final straw and things improve next time around.

There was just a lot of immature people on this season. That’s why they still can’t accept that they made mistakes even after watching it back. If you can’t admit you made a mistake or blame it on the person who called you out on it you need to do some growing

i don’t know why but when katie and abigail showed up i physically waved at them. i was sitting in bed in the dark and i waved at them.

If I'm being honest, the way the rumors around Brittany were handled should get someone fired. Especially considering the amount of romantic/light-hearted stuff that was cut.

I want Katie to be bachelorette more than ever now! I think those girls are jealous of all of the rumors about her becoming the bachelorette. Hannah B got some of that too. I don’t care what else was going on behind the scenes, Katie was one of the few decent people on the show. She showed compassion for Sarah when no one else would, and she did the right thing every time. She was never rude to anyone. Katie for bachelorette!

Katie was done so dirty by these childish girls; their logic is nonexistent and they’re just mad they got caught. Jessenia is also so mature and carries herself like a gem, proud of her and Katie for calling out the mean girls and not letting them get away

I was kind of shook seeing JUST how much was cutout as far as dates/content and for what? Showing a ton of dumb drama, feels like a miss to me

If the girls are so upset about the “backlash” (from their own actions) maybe they shouldn’t double down and attack the one girl people actually liked.

The whole show was about gaslighting Katie, ignoring Heather and the bullying that happened to her, and Matt acting like the women did nothing wrong.

Every single thing we wanted to see is on the cutting room floor.

I was shocked and pissed about how much footage was cut that would have made the season slightly more bearable!

I was shocked that Jessenia was the only one that had Katie’s back! tbh Katie, Abigail, Brittany, Jessenia, and Serena P. are the only ones that came across well at the WTA. edit: why did Pieper get a whole hot seat segment?? we didn’t really see a lot of her relationship with Matt.

This Women Tell All was so boring and a waste of time. How they ran it shows me production has not listened to feedback from Bachelor Nation. Sucks they didn’t show footage of Heather at the Tell All. I would have loved to have seen more of the day portion of the dates as well as Tayshia and Jojo during the season instead of so much drama.🤦🏻‍♀️

How the girls treated Katie por pointing out to Matt there was a horrible rumor going around and the toxicity at the house, baffles me. I cannot understand how you lived at the house and you are watching the season and you still think Katie was wrong. They can't seem to understand it had nothing to do with her relationship with Matt. I was really surprised when I saw Chelsea having the same attitude as Serena C. Mean girl attitude. Grown ass women with high school behavior. Unbelievable. And the Victoria's clips at the end were LITERALLY painful.

I don't understand why Chris Harrison always goes easy on the women. That's my biggest frustration with the WTAs and him in general. I know he's not a therapist, but if these women are bullies, then he should shoot them tough questions.

Poor Katie. Chelsea, Piper, Serena C, and Mari, we’re absolutely disgusting. 😒 Poor Brittany too, I wish she had more justice. How is it okay, that everyone who was being horrible is apologizing is asking Matt not to see them in bad light, but jumping on Katie. OK

For me, Abigail was the part of the tell all that stood out to me. She comes across so genuinely and you can tell that she understands how impactful her being on the show has been for the hearing impaired community

Someone on Twitter mentioned that these women will be matched up with Tayshias guy on Bachelor In Paradise, and that is a shame.

Can't believe they spend that much time berating Katie when she was one of the only sane and emphatetic person. Honestly I have no respect for most of the women there, and furthermore, I put in doubt their intelligence. I’d say fire whoever is in charge of final editing, and more importantly whoever chooses some of these characters. If they had looked into who each is, this seasons drama wouldn’t have happened. They need to get back to the roots of the show. I can watch awful news on the many news shows available.

wish Brittany would've gotten more actually high quality time on the show. I really admire the way she handled something so horrible, and also the way she went out of her way to be like also there's nothing wrong with being an escort like !! i'm a fan

i think its so immature that people blame Katie who was the only responsible person and took accountability for her actions and called people out for genuine awful things. it had nothing to do with Matt, it had to do with integrity and doing what’s right

We (momentarily) got rid of Chris Harrison, can we please get rid of the producers and get a new batch who are interested in making a good and positive TV show ?

The producers dropped the ball in so many ways this season. They dropped it, kicked the ball into the yard where the ball then got run over by a trash truck, leaving the ball completely deflated & lifeless.

Can one of the Chelsea stans please explain to me why? Like...i liked her physically when she first arrived (she is a beautiful woman) but after that (like with much of the woman this season) I didn't care for her gaslighting of the bully situation. Yet Katie is getting bragged?

It seems like this season was actually "Normal" but they cut out all the normal and just left the drama. Every season has drama but also good moments, So it seems like They just cut out all the Good stuff.

Emotions ran high last night it was a lot. I agree with how many of the arguments weren't fitting or justified the behavior in the household, there was a problem. I also agree that the bachelor franchise could have handled the escort situation better since they have damaged brittany's reputation. This rumor was used against her and for drama and that's all this season has been about to be honest.

There’s a huge difference between the Katie and Sarah situation vs. what the other girls did. Katie came after Sarah for interrupting a date she was not invited to, after she had a one on one with Matt already. Katie told the other girls what’s up and then talked to Sarah about it. After Sarah got attacked, Katie went to go sort things out. She realized her unfair behavior and proceeded to stand up on Sarah’s behalf when she left. Katie knew her fault, owned up to it, fixed it, and stood up for the other women being hated on. My opinion is that at the time Katie wasn’t necessarily thinking about how this would affect her and Matt’s relationship. A conclusion you could make is that Katie liked and respected Matt, so she told him what’s up so he wouldn’t end up with a two faced b*tch in the end. If Katie was truly a rude person off camera then someone would’ve called her out like Jessenia called out MJ’s multiple personalities.

Yeah, the editing of the whole season has been so odd and confusing. The women tell all was no different.

The Bachelor has completely departed from the kind of show we used to enjoy.

Mostly, I didn’t like how they handled the Chris Harrison thing, god forbid we give people a chance to explain themselves. Also, keeping on Victoria was irritating and how the house shamed Katie was tough to watch. Thanks again for the great recaps!

The producers and this cast are so TOXIC

When Chelsea giggled when Katie tried To talk sense to the bullies during the season I knew she was team bully. The environment was toxic prior to Katie calling them out. Period. Katie owed them no dialogue prior to going to MATT they’re grown ... BUT really KATIE did talk to them and they didn’t budge! So Khayla is tripping. It’s fair to say Matt did not want a bully because he sent those girls home and didn’t let them rectify it. So apparently Katie did what was best for Matt and ultimately she was a voice for the girls that were bullied

This was a dumpster fire of a season made so much more disappointing because it didn’t need to be. Unlike Peter’s season we had a mature and thoughtful bachelor and a lot of quality ladies. In my opinion the choice to focus on all the negativity and drama was made by production. It looks like they had enough footage of positive interactions with Matt that they could have dialed down the drama and skipped the whole escort narrative. I thought after the Taysha’s season they would have realized how much the audience wanted a focus on romance. Feels like a wasted opportunity. I don’t really care who he ends up with.

At this point, I could care less, who Matt chooses. He has zero personality, he is like a robot; going through the motions. I believe he ends up alone. It has been the worst bachelor yet. The Women Tell All, was boring and predictable. They tried to sweep things under the rug. The way they treated Katie was horrible. Chris Harrison seemed to have a smirk on his face. This franchise is past its sell by date.

I have accepted the fact that production was determined to make sure this season failed. This whole season is the worst and I'm tired. Bachelor Nation can have this show. Thanks Fantake for providing entertainment even through all this foolishness.

Most boring season ever. I think they should never again get a bachelor/bachelorette that hasnt been thru it before. It's so much better when we already think we know the person.

I really hope we don't see too many of Matt or Peter's women on the beach.

I just finished watching the Bachelorette NZ yesterday, and it honestly doesn't even feel like the same show. It's 100% focused on the romance developing, with real, mature adults. It was halfway through the season before there was even a kiss, because no one forced anything. I don't think I can watch the American version anymore :/
