Mixed feelings for this vest. More of a race day, minimalist vest for me personally. Used it in Colorado and it was alright. More of a love-hate relationship.
You just saved me a lot of money. This looks awesome for long haul events where there are aid stations (or for people who are lucky enough to need only 1l of water. I need something with more stable housing for a 1.5l bladder in the back. This could hold one, but I didn’t see the hook/loop connection that keeps it in place. This is a really nice piece of kit that just wouldn’t have met my needs, so thanks for doing this video. I will stick with my Salomon advskin 12 until I find the next, right, vest.
An excellent running backpack, but I have to give it two negatives. Soft bottles definitely need extended straws and more, there is no ideal phone pocket. Everything else is perfect.
@@matt.rraw. I was thinking maybe in the back middle pocket, as it’s similar to a cycling jersey pocket. Not sure if it’s deep enough to stop it bouncing out though
Quick question if you don’t mind!! Are the zipped side pockets big enough to hold a small iPhone?! Don’t fancy just having it in a stuff pocket or in the back! Many thanks!!
This is a size Small and i dont think you can fit a small iphone inside it. If youre able to, it wont be as comfortable as well. I ran with it yesterday and my big iphone max was all good inside the chest pocket but i could imagine my phone flying over during a stumble.

thats tough. if you have had a salomon pack already, just go with that size. If not, shirt size would be a good reference. If still skeptical, buy 2 sizes, and just return the one that does not fit you good. THeres not size discrepancies for this product, it's very "true to size" in my own opinion,
