Sir i just did my mnrf today unfortunately im from the northeast and the derma im visiting has the non insulated needle,but can the same technique be applied to achieve good result? Or does it work only for insulated needles 🙏
@@dranujpall Sir few plastic surgeons & dermatologists are already providing hair transplant training & aesthetic dermatology courses to MBBS doctors.I regularly follow ur videos sir & I loved ur before & after results dats why I m eager to learn from u .Dermatology is also a part of MBBS curriculum.its ok sir if u dont want to teach us since I dont have a post-graduation degree.Sir if veteran doctors aren't ready to teach us then the next generation doctors will be unskilled & today those who are buying postgraduate seats are ultimately passing out with just a post graduate degree only.
