i got the scorp in one of the random collect em all crates and... this tank really does slap, regardless of the su, this tank still has crazy dpm, big alpha, raw speed, and ridic accuracy
I was the WZ with you on Canal. I agree that the SU130 is as effective as the Scorpion. Like you, our entire clan is struggling with the poor nature of team play currently. I don’t have an answer, but our clan (TOES) toon a lot just to try and keep our win rate in the high 50s %. We are also scratching our head as to why Quick Tournaments are mostly 2 v 2 or 3 v 3 this year. We only see a 7 v 7 Quick tournament once a week, if that. Well, being a Skorpion G owner, who got it a long time ago... from buying 1 crate "just for laughs", I can say the following. Main problem with Skorpion is that you need to rely on extremely long distance engagements, since your accuracy IS the best, so you can cover your main downside of bad concealment and... there are not as much open and wide maps where you can do that, while SU-130PM doesnt need to rely on distance, since its concealment is good and bushes are high enough to hide it. I would rather not say "durr, something is better than something" since they are more of sidegrades to each other. However, I also consider putting price tag of 10k gold/putting inside crates absolutely ridiculous since this tank is really dependent on player skill and map knowledge
Not really depending on the map I'll play it like a med flank shoot run away or just straight up out dpm the enemy if I know I can droodles gives this tank way too much hate
I didn't realize the Gun was buffed. I like TD's with turrets, so I spent Most of the gold I made in the Luxury event on this tank. It is actually pretty nice, plays similar to a WT PZ4.

They were selling the skorp last year, I think it was 10k gold, black Friday it was. Trying to get it now from the boxes doesn't sound too good. But yes Su is a little bit better, but it is a different tank.
I got the 130pn the first day it came out on the first crate and it’s without a doubt my favourite td in the game this far rhm is really fun too but the 130 is more consistent
full turret traverse makes it better for fleeing... drive backwards in a bush and if spotted drive fast forward... can make a bad game into a good one.
I feel like the scorp is more for players of a higher skill cap after all unless your on a big map u can't just sit in spawn and snipe like u can in the su I prefer the scorp because it has better gun speed and has full turret traverse
I think I got the skorp and Su-130pm at the same timea few months ago. I almost NEVER play the Skorp, I don't like it. I do, however, LOVE the Su-130pm and play it a lot.
I tend to disagree sometimes, despite it being a paper tank, it can really get into aggressive positions as long as you make your team the main targets to be slapped, but if they do otherwise then yeah it is really team dependent.
I don't know about the SU-130PM because I don't have it but I have Skorpion G got it for free from the the snow globe last year and oh boy that tank is so accurate! When it's fully aim in you can take an impossible shot through a tiny gap or hole! 😳 I was really surprised the first time I realized that the tank is that accurate like damn!! 😳 Oh also the turret of Skorpion G is sometimes quite troll lol when you shoot HE to the turret sometimes it won't take any damage it will count as blocked damage lol 🤣🤣🤣
I think the skorp is better because it has faster shell velocity and better aiming time and accuracy. Plus, it has 360 degrees of turret turning while the su has less.
@@nicofeldmann9684 the su-130 is the easier tank to play. armor is a little troll and the profile is very low so u wont get spotted as often. skorp will get almost 0 bounces and is a taller tank. it's a beast tho, but the su is def more noob friendly
@@needformadness1 Su-130PM is not noob friendly its have the same skillcap but the Su-130PM is the better tank and no i have no Skorpion i dont will waste more money in the game and why i need a Skorpion when i have the Su-130PM
@@nicofeldmann9684 lol tf are u talking about, im clearly not telling u to go buy the skorp. im arguing against ur comment, and it seems that u made it without having both tanks lool. su130 is still tricky cuz its paper, but it is easier to play than the skorp. i'd recommend the su to noobs that want a td :)
Keep it up,just keep yourself busy using another things other than wotb,and then your mind will miss the feeling of playing wotb again after for a quite long time It's like refreshing your mind so you won't feel any stress when you got into it again
Ima go out and buy the Skorp now. Anytime Droodles says "Dont buy this tank" it's because that tank kicked his butt in game. So now I'm all in for the Skorp... anything that will give me an edge in PestMasta vs Droodles game. Tired of just denting his fender only to watch him direct a laser guided nuclear super imploder at my tanks. :P :P :P :P :P
I got the Scorpion in the one time it WAS sold outright; in the $50 bundle with the 130PM a few months back. Both tanks have proven to be worth at least $25 imo.
Honestly the skorp only advantage over Su is speed and turret. Su aim faster, and Its more accurate ( on paper it doesnt shows it but i have 700 battles combined in both tanks and Skorp is after all German and i think we all know how accurate can german sniper guns be ), has better camo. Its just overall amazing and fun tank to play
@@jonsmith6867 on paper maybe. In game skorp is pretty much better beucase its not german. Have you ever played Grille 15 ? The most accurate TD in tier 10 ? That gun isnt that accurate. All german tanks have insanely troll guns. And russian do too but less due to Stalins blessing
Skorp feels better to me, since you don’t have to set your turret up to hit a target, if you can just move your turret instead of your whole tank just to shoot someone, then I think you win
When it first came out the only thing that was better was the camo. It used to have worse aim time, dispersion, dpm, and mobility. They just buffed it.
@@kawipsycho1448 wrong bro I had both and got the su the day it came out 😂. It's gun felt better, it was still super accurate, it's camo was 10x better, it was much more low profile, it had much better gun depression and it was way more mobile than the skorp. The only thing the skorp had over the su was the accuracy (which in reality it was pretty much the same) and dpm. Now the only thing the skorp has over the su is like 100 dpm. My stats after 100 battles in skorp: 2.1k dmg, 63% wr ... in the su: 2.9k dmg, 90% wr.
@@kobesebryant2423 That's fine for you, but you don't make up it's actual performance. The hard stats don't lie, the skorp was much better and performed better according to every metric on blitz stars.
i have both, and i disagree the skorp is way better than the su-130, but the skorpion is not worth to buy in crates. i got mine for like 10k gold. The su-130 is only better if u camp all game but honestly TD players need to learn when to stop camping and start to play agressive. All my best games I did in a TD were the ones where i was rushing with meds or brawling with heavies.
