I do surprisingly good in the Chinese lights I have had multiple 1v3-5’s and came out on top cause the good mobility I just have an issue with the DPM it’s so bad but other than that I have a lot of fun in it either way
@@grm0x4q12 yeah it can be against not good players it’s hard , a good team will pick you apart while your team is clueless they will gun down the most dangerous person first . I try to use as a clean up tank but when my team is dying fast I just start digging my grave lol
@@grm0x4q12 I try to scout on some maps but get brutalized by tanks I can’t see , I just stopped playing light tanks in top tiers , to be honest top tier battles are most toxic , best games are tier 8 I find
Biggest problem is that these tanks are completely depending on your teams. And we all not that the teams completely suck in any tier. But the higher it is the more difficult it is to carry the whole team. Especially in a tank with zero armor and crappy pen
If they'd given the Tier VII the same RoF as the Type 62 and kept its garbage pen it'd be fine. Or if they'd kept the reload and given it 250 HEAT pen like the Type 62. Instead, they gave it worse both and the alpha doesn't make up for it. That said, I'd had quite some fun playing it because I have a lot of games in the Type 62 already. Really hope the Tier VIII is decent.
@@codeeey 67% wins, 1736 average damage. I did better in the WZ-131 (70% wins, 2k average) 'cause it's a better tank tier for tier... that said, WZ-132 is fine.
I think people should play more cautiously with Chinese Lights much more than their class and take note of some not obvious weaknesses outside of the gun depression 1) terrain crossing values are abysmal, bordering with some heavies and even some medium tanks having more than Chinese LTs. Chinese LTs end up not being the most responsive in pivoting, and movement overall 2) Camo ratings are quite poor. With WZ-132 for example, the only light tank with worse camo rating is T49 which makes you even vulnerable to being spotted by other light tanks 3) aim time is great, dispersion is average.. or maybe its just my luck and my shots keep eating dirt at mid-ranges when aimed in However, do not let their weaknesses scare you away from using em competitively. It is a very fun line to grind playing as a support role IMO
other than the novelty factor, why should I grind these tanks when I already have the Vickers, BC 25t, the Sheridan and the T-100 LT (and all of the tanks down the respective lines) genuinely asking
@@solarion8082 that's why I'm asking should I, i.e. is there something special about these tanks that would set them apart from the other lights, or is just 'another tank with a different name'
It's all of the new players just going in the direction their tanks face... heavies typically point one way and med/lights in the other direction. Leads to a bunch of sub 1K damage games...
@@m3gunner yea im 1 sub 2k battle player, i only play meds and basically always try to flank because when i don't go med side we get flanked and killed, would like to breach that 47% win rate i have in t 10
@@danielzhang7408Bro thinks we have it easy when we experience the typical bullshit from the console and PC version. Except we have more OP tanks which will one day will end up on PC.
Hey droodles I battled against you yesterday twice in a row, you and flossie were tooning, I was the strv k, the first one was a winter map and the second one was dynasties pearl. You were the badger in the first and the 263 in the 2nd :)
Can anybody please tell me how to fix this: In the French tech tree I have got the AMX 13 75 instead of AMX 13 57 which is damn cool tank if you play properly. Please tell me what to do.
Hey droodles, do a video on the Russian medium line.. one with the T-44. I've grinded it yo tier nine but I still don't really know how to play that line
Hide your hull, simple. You cant go on hills as easy like you can on American or British meds but if you can hide your turrets you are ready to go, just don't sit still on said position, hide while reloading. Tier 8 and below you can out-trade a lot of meds and lights so the high alpha allows you to peek less than other meds. The tier 9 and 10 are DPM machines, with the T-54 having a decent hull that you can angle against low pen guns and low tier meds, but you play them on the same positions.
I've got my hands on a T-54 that's a really awesome tank. It's hull is very solid and it's turret is good too. If you keep at it you'll learn how to play them. For the most part the T-44 has a squishy hull but strong turret. It's a lot like the IS-3 in that sense find a ditch that you can hide your hull in, but doesn't require gun depression to shoot out of, and you'll be golden.
