No idea why this doesn't have more views. The first few seconds I was like "Oh, another subpar acoustic guitar cover," and then he started singing, and I shut the fuck up real quick.
+Tough Epic Kitten Full candor man, it's probably just his guitar playing. There's a full 54 seconds of that before he starts to sing, and he's not the best player in the world -- not knocking him, his vocals are amazing, just saying that this is likely why it hasn't gotten more plays. You know how this generation of users are, very low attention spans and in need of immediate gratification -- it's likely that not many people made it to his vocals, and thus they haven't shared or spread the word, which is how you garner more views. Either way, he's got a phenomenal instrument there, so I hope he finds a killer band that lets his spread his wings and share more of that with the world. Cheers!
it really is hahahah I can do it but my voice is so deep naturally that it's a strain go hit those notes for me sometimes lol my faces looks even worse😅
@@astatine4604 it's hard man I can barely do it and only when I'm super warmed up lol lots of vocal fry lol even still some high notes are just too high for me and I'll drop those notes down an octave and make it work, but I think part of it was just after enough practice and getting my cords strong enough. and regular practice is key if I take time off it takes a little bit to get back to it. I mean I'm no pro, not by any means lol I'm not tone def either tho. just practice and have fun man! theres some really great vocal coaches on RU-vid too with lots of free info
I don’t understand how layne could keep just a straight face while singing , he did it so effortlessly it nearly impossible to sing these songs without making the faces you did , well done sir you nailed it
Notably, Staley did not play the guitar while playing this song.. and on the the two that he did play guitar on he did struggle a bit with hitting high notes
You KNOW Layne is smiling down whenever someone plays this. This guy on the acoustic is very talented and he took on a rather tough song to play on Acoustic none the less!! 👍💯 Keep it up brah!!!!!!!!!!!! B raaaavoo!!!!

First person I've seen that can actually find the balance between the scream singing parts in the song, everyone else, does a good job, but when they start the, "in to the flood again" they just soud. Like shit,this is the best cover of this song that I've seen
