All your problems are it's not a mid-drive. Less efficient, ( also 36-48V Batteries have a short life and lower range. ) You also wanna have a brake sensor on a lever to act as a clutch lever in the free stroke adjustment. Then things won't be so jerky, But works better on mid-drive during or between shifts.
