The cicada emergence is here. And Josh Wicker from South Carolina says we shouldn’t fear them. Instead, we should eat them. Which is what he and his friends did during a classy insect-themed dinner party. Josh has a degree in biology with an emphasis in wildlife behavior, so he knows and loves all things critters. “Nature is a beautiful thing to observe. But when you can experience it, it's just that much cooler,” he told Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall.

Dry them, grind them and make them into flour, then make them protein chips, I have no issue eating bugs but when the legs, wings and other bits start getting stuck it gets annoying.
