I would prefer a 7’11 or 8 footer MH with that reel, just for the extra reach when fishing from the surf or on a boat. But if we are fishing mangroves or structure this would be perfect
I have St Croix Avid Inshore rods…but I have to say that the St Croix Legend Inshore rods (in both casting and spinning) are much, much, much better than St Croix’s Avid lineup. I’ve gotten to a point that I use the Legend Inshore only and have my friends use my Avid’s.
Best set up on the market, I didn’t get to fish mine before selling it but it’s such a light weight setup and feels so good when holding. Def recommend to anyone who does a lot of surf fishing or fishing in general!!
The van stall yes the st croix even though I live on the st croix river na those rods suck especially the walleye tournament rods they are good feeling but snap like twigs
So don't get me wrong, Van Staal's are great reels. However, I'm just not a fan of the fact they are not very smooth at all. Everyone has their preferences, this reel just isn't my preference.
Its not a fishing video...its a product video. Music is fine. If he played country...someone else would complain....elevator music...same. Just play what you like.
Rod absolutely but the vr is horrible in my opinion I absolutely love staals but the vr I’m not a fan of. Vsx and the other bailess definitely worth the extra 300 dollars
Are you sick or is there something else wrong with you? Why? World would I fish with this set up? It's better than when I have and definitely mow expensive too.Enjoy if you don't catch no big fish.Don't blame it on me Boy
