Yes (and, No). There’s a couple of things which offset this layout:1) the Master bedroom plus en suite is on the same floor connected right next to the living room area, 2) this could be opened up to expand the living room size and extra guest room, 3) relocate the Master bedroom upstairs, and 4) there’s no swimming pool.
Very spacious, grand staircase, nice kitchen nice master bath I do like white cabinets but it's still a nice home nice white bookcase and deep cabinets
It's nice, but no.... I would not move to TX just to live in that style of home. It's a cookie-cutter design; lacks imagination, creativity and custom style. I can stay right where I am, if the only reason to move to another state is to reside in a house that has the same layout as the ones in my current state of residence. Thanks, but I'll pass.
