Would You Take a Pay Cut for a Lighter Workload? 

I went down to 32 hours per week 11 years ago and I love it. I dont agree that the caller needs to have a big plan for the time. I do errands, go to the gym, volunteer for the pta occasionally, but often just relax. It's fantastic

I work 30 hr/week full time with benefits. It works for me and I wish more people could do it. Much more enjoyment in life.
