Did you notice that this song was on the same day she sang RISE UP, cannot help loving the beautiful voice of Morissette and her beautiful smile, have you reacted to Morissette POWER first take after being ill with Dave on the mixing Board checking that everything is good, he cannot believe how great she is singing, ENJOY would love to see your reaction.
You haven't heard mori perform listen at the concert were she reveal her singing carriers were the doors kept closing but still there's other door open
She just did a version of akin ka na lang live at the loft . It is phenomenal. QUITE A DIFFERENT VERSION. Only she can make her own songs better. Have a great day. Love listening to you guys react to Morissette.
Hi E & C! So great to see you and Morissette together again. May I recommend the song Ain't Been Done. You have pictures of Morissette in the background of this video which come from that song. You really get to see Morissette's personality and a fantastic song. Also, Morissette reworked one of her own songs Love You Still (Sunset Version). It is a stunning take on an already fantastic song written by Morissette and her husband (Dave). Have a great day!!!
Hi Elie and Carol, I've missed your reactions to Morissette, glad to see you back.😊 This was a cover of an OPM song by another Filipina singer Jamie Rivera. Mori did this performance on the same day with "Rise Up". On the other hand, she did "Naririnig Mo Ba" on the same day with "Never Enough" and another Tagalog song "Panaginip". Please react to it also if you haven't yet. Also, I recommend another of her original songs, "You and I", a romantic love song, which she did on the Wish Bus on the same day she sang "Akin Ka Na Lang". Regarding the Tagalog "NG", like in "Ngayon", "Ngunit", and "Pangarap", it is pronounced as in "Bang" or "Lang", like when you say "Akin Ka Na Lang". Try and listen again to this song and take note how Mori pronounced "Pangarap ka na lang ba" and "Ngunit di bale na" and then try saying it yourselves. 😊
Thanks Elie and Carol! Another gem from Mori! It really doesn't matter to me whether the lyrics are uplifting or maybe a bit sad. The warm embrace of Mori's voice melts me into a satisfied state of contentment!! Thanks to our Queen for enriching our lives with her gift!! Love you, Mori!!!😊😊❤❤❤❤
Try some music by YES one of the greatest progressive rock groups of all time. You haven't reacted to them at all. Some good ones include "Roundabout", "Close to the Edge", "The Gates of Delirium". "Awaken", "Turn of the Century"... Loads of good ones.
Hi Elie and Carol, new subscriber here from Denmark. i've seen a few of your reactions now and i must say they are good and seems very honest to me. Thank you for that and keep up the good work. I have a few different suggestions for you to react to... Led Zeppelin - Moby Dick (great drum solo with bare hands) Iron Maiden - Hallowed Be Thy Name (rock in Rio 2001 or 2008) Iron Maiden - The clansman (Rock in Rio 2001 or 2008) Iron Maiden - Rime Of The Ancient Mariner (also Rock in Rio 2001 or 2008) Lukas Graham - Love Someone (duet with Hanin Dhiya from Indonesia - Great version) Lukas Graham - 7 Years Volbeat - For Evigt (danish language but good) Volbeat - Still Counting (live version please) Volbeat - Seal The Deal Home Free - Brothers In Arms (Acapella group but amazing) Home Free - Man Of Constant Sorrow Home Free - Ring Of Fire You can eventually take a look and pick which one you react to, though I hope you get to react to all of those, as they are great songs in their own rights. Best Regards from Denmark 🙏
I agree Carol I Love You but you love Elie. Actually Tagalog is her 3rd language. Cebuano is her 1st & mother tongue, which is the 2nd largest language in PH and English is her 2nd. She learned Tagalog when she moved to Manila to become a singer.
