Dear Tevec, your tutorial was very helpful, thank you very much! But I noticed that I don't manage to control the upper, middle, and lower abs seperately - do you know some more execises that could help me practising? Best regards!

I’m learning, and I’m seeing progress. What’s hard for me is pulling in the lower abs/belly and sticking out the upper abs.

I can't move my belly. How exactly do you do this? I'm a little overweight. Is it because my belly is big that it doesn't move?

No, not at all. We all have muscles underneath :). If you practice this 3 times a week for 1 month you will start to strengthen your muscles and see the movement . Keep going - don’t give up.

How long does it take to learn this?

fatima mustafa commit every day for 5 minutes and you’ll see improvements quickly within 3 months. It’s a muscle, the more you exercise it the quicker you’ll see the results. If you do it once a week for 5 minutes it could be 3 months - 2 years.

I can isolate pulling in but I don't quite get how to isolate popping out...any tips?

Yes, it’s the hardest part. The key is relaxing on the way out. Sounds easy but the hardest thing to do. Keep trying the pops in an out to get the abdominal wall used to it.

Yes, that is common. It can take a while for the body to learn how to isolate. Keep going! Happy dancing. 💃🏻

Start with the pops in and out until you strengthen the abdominal wall. If you keep practicing it will come.
