I first discovered Candy back in the early 2000's at random listening to jazz cd's in a store. I bought the cd and have been a fan every since. I didn't know she toured with Prince until later. I know she has also done stuff with Angie Stone, Maceo Parker and Dave Stewart. She's amazing. As for this live performance, it is among my favorites. It is her best live performance of Pick of the pieces I have seen from her. Pick up the pieces is one if my favorite songs of all time so the fact that I strain to even consider this as even better than the original is hard. I always give the original greats the top versions but again.....bruh...

This was fire reaction from ya!!! 🔥 This concert took place back in 2009 they was live Leverkusen Jazztag in Germany Candy Dulfer is a Dutch Saxophonist she's been playing since the 80s and still going strong she played in several times with Prince Band 2004 for his Musicology Tour himself and she is on expectation She is from Amsterdam Netherlands she also had a hit song song called Lily Was Here with Dave Stewart from the Eurythmics There is a live preformence with both of them which i also highly recommend as well as "Strasbourg-St Denis" and "Dont Go" And yes she still playing with a band but it's different one and hasn't stop she is 54 years old now Currently she is touring across 4 countries and has 12 upcoming concerts I enjoy your reaction to this and input one of the best solos everrr!!! Like nothing can't touch Candy Dulfer she up there With Artists such as Michael Jackson Prince Whitney Houston James Brown And so I'm so happy I got to share this with ya thank you so much!!! 🔮😊 I love what you did with the heart that was really beautiful ❤
