40 seconds of a paladin auto attacking a mob, 10 seconds of a ret paladin being denied a raid spot, and last 10 seconds of a palading bubblehearthing away
Ah so that's what it was supposed to be *sighs rolling eyes* Dear Lord reasons I avoided twink brackets... Lol Oh well they are just killing the next expansion by the look of the material, aside from trying to keep up with the story and the Fanatics. I will miss it though can't deny that.
@@baileygregg6567 uhh... actually those pummeler's aren't meant for twinking. They are legitimately the BiS item for Druid Tanks because their one-use ability scales so well. They bring multiple with them on each raid, because of the 5charge limit, and farm them in their off-time.
@@baileygregg6567 yeah, the tactic wasn't very well known back in the day, but of course everyone has to min/max to the extreme now, so druid tanks farm hundreds of MCP for raids. I wish Blizz would just make it unique so that the madness could stop. It was clearly never intended for us to do this and it's really not fun. But if you try to tank a group without a MCP you get laughed out of the raid.
@@Snuzzled lol reasons I'm giving up the expan since Warlords was the last one I really felt PvP had a chance. Die hard Horde from Ali start but I can't take what they do anymore. It's just story to me now since N'zoth was rather lack luster and my dear Dark lady. Will still be worth some laughs watching from afar though.
Shaman had the most teething troubles hence why, for a long time, they let you wield maces and shields and cast spells before focusing on the spells more and more with every expansion.
That's not problem just need to good enough not to let anyone die or just let that one guy die once every 30 min XD, when did druid get the normal ress spell? was it in wrath?
@@PaperiLiidokki wtolk, but it doesn't even have to be your fault, one evade reset, one sneaky pet pull, one vanish of a rogue who's fighting a mob with a silence, a dc while standing in fire, nobody wants to walk half an hour through an instance where all trash has respawned because someone died before the last boss. Even if it's just the guy who f%cked up, everyone will have to wait and/or come back to kill trash and they simply don't have that issue with a 'real' healer. It was a cruel joke.
@@hvyarms4496 When I finished Classic in Phase 1, I had 8 successes and 20 something failures. Every time I was Druid Tanking and rezed the priest with jumper cables was a glorious moment. And... I did the "Charging... Clear" or "WILL! IT! REZ!" every time. Everyone in the party had a good laugh whether it succeeded or failed.
I only wish I knew what exactly he used, I only recognize half of those icons. Reasons I got furious at my team for letting Druids just fly by on the radar, some of the most predictable efc's in battlegrounds😕
Worse... He only zoned in to buff and then store all the loot the party doesn't need, at which point they throw him out of instance. He's the bag boy...
@@Trawpenia Nah, he is the only druid in the raid. He just hit lvl 55, zoned into MC for the first time and got 8 pc tier. Putting it in the bank because he can not even equip it yet.
I played a restro druid in classic and the part about raiding was so accurate. My first two MC runs got me almost full t1. I was in a competitive speedrunning guild but no one cared what I did as long as I buffed and put up fearie fire on mobs.
@@Freddmeizter Manual Crowd Pummeler is a mace that drops out of Gnomeregan. It has an activated ability that increases your haste by 50% for 30 seconds and you can use it in cat and bear form. The on-use effect has 3 charges so if you're trying to be competitive as a bear or cat, you have to farm these for raids. Personally, I've killed the Crowd Pummeler boss about 1200 times but I know some druids who are close to 2K kills or more.
@@Freddmeizter it's a weapon with a really strong effect for ferals that you can activate. But the item only has 3 or 5 charges so after a couple uses you need another one.
I'm just glad they never made mechagon a Mythic where they could re-release the weapon or the prox didn't fade or something. I'd imagined for the duration of the weapon was relevant every Fury Warrior and close to it would wear it religiously.
@@christopheryoung5212 pretty sure the idiots who designed ALL these back in the day had absolutly no idea what they were doing. Cus there's no way that they intended for feral to be somewhat viable in raids like that.
@@Orromwan remember the days of paladin blessings having a 5 minute duration and being individual only? I still know some paladins that have PTSD because of those days. Imagine being a plate class, wearing an ugly ass cloth leather mail combo, standing behind the boss and hitting him for your judgment so you generate mana for other healers and the only thing you do is buffing kings, which is the level 31 ultimate in the protection tree. I would be miserable doing that for hours at a time as well...
Street Fighter 2 for sure. One of the biggest and best games ever but if you didn't get the chance to be apart of the arcade boom of it then I understand. Pacman, Street Fighter 2, Tetris, Super Mario, Goldeneye, WoW Vanilla
You forgot to show the part where questing as feral spec in contested territory allows you to do the pro gamer move where you ferocious bite a cocky warrior to half hp, root him, full heal yourself, then swap to bear form and out tank him until he dies, weeping softly.
@@papayapayama2087 I was tempted to when I realized the janky sidestep shred cheese didn't make its return, but then the Blitzchung fiasco happened and I quit to go play D2 instead... shame because I liked Classic. It was a horrific grind and painfully punishing to solo as a druid but I still enjoyed it more than retail where I never felt a challenge nor did the leveling feel like progression.
As someone who mained Druid until I quit, you missed part where you spam innervate on priests, and spam rejuvenation 24/7 in raid. Quite accurate though.
I can see why you quit. The only time you rejuv is on tanks and toss a few on raid wide damage. You should be casting rank 3/4 HT, during the whole fight.
Haha I love it how he dinged when turning in the mc quest, went inside and got full cenarion set handed him. And the fact that he just went to bank it all with the MCP. KUDOS for getting this all spot on
I actually don't get that part, Sorry I know explaining a joke is like dissecting a frog. But I remember MCP doesn't work on druid? Why he is collecting that many? And the MC part is because he is the only druid in 40 team? So he got his T2 really fast? And it's awkward to say I played Druid from 60-70 time...
@@邱霖-q3o mcp dont work for druid? As for the joke. I and a lot of others are feral (with Mcp's in the bank), we'll go to raids, get tier (resto) gear. I put it right in the bank after I got it.
Thank you for making the Druid video! My first MC back in P1/P2 I got like three pieces of tier, was feral, and threw it in the bank with my pummelers lol
Are you refering to the bank? Those are a mace called Manual Crowd Pummeler. It has a 3 charges on use effect that increase attack speed by like 40%. This is legit the only way for druids to stay competetive, even if it's not really enough to beat a rogue or warrior.
Druids don't have a normal Resurrection like other healers however they have a 30 min CD Resurrect that can be used in combat, and in dungeons there's only 1 healer The part where he gets all the loot which and throws it in the bank is because all druid is one of the "multi-classes" in WoW which means they can fill any raid roll. However all their Druid specific items are only designed for healing, A lot of druids don't want to be healers. Basih already said what he mace bit is. And the last part is Druids are the fastest runner in WoW's PvP "Warsong Gulch" which is a big capture the flag game. When you have the flag you're not allowed to go into stealth or get on your player mount but druids can still shape shift into their fast running travel form.
Cthulhunoms ya only cause he hasn’t cut his hair that short. Give it a few more years he won’t be able to pull it off anymore. I know this cause I went thru it at 29 lol now i shave my head . 🙏🏻
Getting full T1 in your first few raids, only to realize you can't use any of it because you're pre-raid bis was a painful feeling; but dangit I kept it around because it looked pretty (and the stam was nice for pvp)
OMG that brought back vanilla flashbacks of playing against cheetahs in WSG. And if you had 2 feral resto druids? Game over, the best you could hope to do is tie cause that flag was never going to be back in your base.
Your vids always make me laugh my ass off man good job and keep it up. Also I just love the bugs bunny esque, him shaoed hole in the wall its hysterical
Leveling for days my feral tank because i think it's cool, just to understand that, none will want me in a raid since a warrior does my job a thousand times better... Edit: But, at least i was a bane for the frost mages i found in stranglethorn
Actually, bears are perfectly fine tanks, we keep one on stand by who does kitty things when not needed to tank. The issue is, finding a guild that needs tanks.
Well absolutely not true. They can main tank most bosses very well (some even better than warriors), and they can grab tanking gear that would be useless for warriors. I mean, 18k armor and 12k health with loads of dodge, and it doesn't matter anymore if they're over defense cap or not. And because half of the dps are spewing like 1k dps now, warriors have to sacrifice their mitigation anyway to keep up with threat. Bears don't. Sincerely, a resto shaman.
One of the top reasons I never played a druid was the lack of a standard resurrection spell. It made no sense, and it annoyed the hell out of me. Now, being that paladins and shamans were fairly common, you could usually count on somebody else to provide OoC res duty even if you were the group healer, but it was still just aggravating.
