Tbh It would be funny to watch Haye demolish match room. Would be like Stone cold VS Vince McMahon. Think that's why Eddie has pocketed Ortiz as a backup plan if Haye shows up and takes over.

I'm a big David Haye fan. I think he's spot on with what he's saying. I also seriously think that he would beat Joshua. A lot of people forget what a very technically gifted boxer he is. Forget the last two fights against those bums cos all he was doing there was throwing bombs to end the fight as soon as he could. Look back at the maccrinelli fight and even the chisora fight he actually boxed very very well. That technique and that power combined makes him very dangerous.

Watching this back. You've got to love David Haye. Fantastic boxer and one of those guys who can really sell a fight. Forgetting the result of bellew 1 and 2 he was an amazing boxer, unlucky with injuries etc and bowed out on those last two fights with no excuses. I'm sure he could have used some but gave TB the credit he deserved. I wasn't a fan of TB during and leading up to these fights but knew he was playing the game to land the money fight. I become a fan of TB in the end because he far exceeded his potential and ended up being a very good national hero in boxing. We'll done both men

The easiest way to get under the skin of a guy like Eddie Hearn is talk about how his dad built everything he's got now lol. It doesn't even have to be 100% accurate but that's the thing with legacy babies. They're insecure about inheriting the success of their parents. Eddie does a SUPERB job and pretty much raised the profile of Matchroom on the BOXING side of things. He definitely gets his due there and major props to him for what he's been able to do so far. It's just funny seeing Haye wind him up a little bit by often mentioning his father is the "real" promoter. lol

I love the fact that Eddie stood his ground here, good man. If there was some sugar glass to hand it could have been even more feisty.
