Tank Soak CDs:
1) Mirror Images 3s before 2nd Bomb goes off (2 melee swings after Torment times out)
2) Cast Alter Time before the first hit in the combo, then cast GI for the damage reduction, then alter back once close to 30% (don't proc Sporecloak here)
3) Cast Ice Block early and sit in it for as long as possible before you have to drop the bomb
4) Should be soaked by Mirror Images

Things I forgot to mention:
1) Don't push him under 60% or the Phase ends early
2) Use Shifting Power to get your Mirror Images back for the 4th Tank Soak
3) You'll want to use Sporecloak, it comes in clutch here
4) I was 448 Ilvl here, but I assume it can be done with less
