The Brigham is a 4-door car first appearing in Grand Theft Auto and returning to Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the San Andreas Mercenaries update. It is manufactured by Albany in the HD Universe. The Albany Brigham returns in the San Andreas Mercenaries update for the enhanced versions of the game. It appears as a variant of the Eudora and is based primarily on a 1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor.

Is it possible to activate the siren? You need to just press the honk button once in police cars and so on to activate the emergency lights.

Makes me curious to think how modders can just save an unreleased vehicle without getting banned...i had my thoughts on doing that but i fear that risk

@Edward80153 its not gta plus but ppl on next Gen xbox have it but they're stingy and won't trade it. I've had 4 ppl show me it after making a post on lfg and they're just showing off its fucking annoying I can't wait until Halloween
