Ya, were missing the GROM HELLSCREAM/MANNOROTH effect in the game. Cataclysm got it right.

@@ChinnuWoW Thats the whole thing though with these really esoteric chains. Its supposed to be a deep hidden mystery. Eventually you'd start hearing about it in game, or see someone with the mount and ask where they got it.

I can vouch for this as well. I adore and have done all of these secret related quest lines and tasks. The Waist of Time, Uuna, Baa’l, and the rest. These are easily some of the most interesting one off single player adjacent content I’ve done in the game in my opinion.

Literally any class just needs to have bare tartar and you're good

I did it as a DK. The only classes I wouldn't recommend doing this on is a priest or a warlock.

@@Kylora2112 Priest is fine with feather and Body & Soul. Holy Nova makes the killing trivial too.

@@Kylora2112 It's doable with a Holy Priest if you use Power Word: Shield (with Body and Soul talent) and Angelic feathers. You alternate them to chain your cooldowns for a long sprint. Holy Nova for aoe spam and Shadow Word: Pain for ranged kills

The fact they havent done shit with sunken temple and they keep it very inprominent to how important that place is lore wise... Gives me hope That they still have big plans or there is some speculation from there we have not cooped up yet. Why let such a timeless piece with roots to alot of good and bad powers connected to the in between, fade fade.

@@TownPortals They actually did a small thing this patch - the green dragons there can now once again drop "Dreamscale" when skinned. this material was missing since cataclysm, only used in one recipe, which was impossible to make! My hope is that is a hint there is more to come, especially with the green dragon plots coming up in the main story.

this kind of content, no. It's not possible for 99% of players to even notice these "quests" exist. They're discovered and solved by people who are dedicated to secret finding. The only realistic way that someone will complete this is by hearing about it, looking it up online and following a guide. Idk about you but I don't think that should be a new players experience

Or they could recognize that those sets are special to the people who actually did the content when it was new, and difficult, and people can accept they can't have everything, and go get the new things. Sadly, bliz likes their money, and so they will pull a Twitter Blue and let you buy being cool, making nobody cool in the process.

@@BeyondDaX imho they should do the opposite, make a new Cataclysm like expansion where they progress even more the base continents, and put new questlines etc... they can do what they want with the phasing technology

Phylacterweave can drop from the random items, so if you're lucky you dont have to spend any gold

@@awasuhl4255 ​ @awasuhl4255 I bought 100 helms yesterday that's 300 boss kills from 20 alts.. all together i got 13 Phylacterweave. It requires 1400 Phylacterweave for a full set. Only 1387 to go. LOL this is not a good way to try and get Phylacterweave at all. Blizzard made sure you could make good use of them wow tokens aka your credit card!

I thought I could grind out T3 or have a friend craft T3 but unless I can find someone with it then it's the BMAH for me.

There are tons of solid methods for making 10k raw gold per hour in WoW. The prices for each piece are quite mild and more of a broad gold sink.

Yep. This absolutely sucked, and definitely killed my vibe. I thought I was getting old Naxx with all the old loot tables available and when I started getting those death knight shoulders I knew this was not just a bug, not that I had done something wrong, but a complete sham and waste of my time.

i hate how i have to spend 2.8mil just to grind something. wish i could just buy it for tons of gold. since alot of wow players are poor irl they get salty

maybe they will nerf it eventually... if they had is very cheap... the people who got it through the black market AH or got in from vanilla would be pissed.

not for casuals maybe. some people make loads of gold tho expecially if you grind the economy at start. Made 300 mil since dragonflight only and i´m pretty sure many made way more. blackmarket t3 had a high price and it wouldve been pretty unfair to just give them out to everybody

@@vash_dakari ive never purchased one and have made millions playing casually. some professions, some pve, some pvp, some from dailies and farming old raids. quit coping and being lazy, its not hard or impossible.

People craft it cheap. I saw person crafting for only 20K, I bet you can find more who can do it for 10K or 5K

And for vets like me , who discarded all these items, because we only had limited bag space and bank space.... it's a slap to the face. the mount is a reskin, and useless in the new zones, doesn't fly, so it's pointless all together in old zones .... Mounts shouldn't be a "Pokémon" idea.... but it is ... and here we are ... Quests should give you something WORTHWHILE, especially *hidden* quests like this ... not another mount , amongst what over 600 mounts ? And the gear ? Irrelevant. it's a cosmetic item now, which LOTS of vets WISH they hung on too, because we did not HAVE the bag space , nor bank space to keep said items. Nor did we have the amount of ALTS we have now, for "bank alts" .... And the praise Blizz is being given, is going to stall NEW content. They are gonna go back and see what they can revive for classic wow, because they saw the success of classic .... All they are doing is bringing classic to current ... nothing NEW. "We are hard at work, resurrecting things we forced you all to get rid of, oh and by the way, we literally just have to click an on/off switch for those "cosmetics" to come back" I am beyond pissed off about this .....
